Social media to discover about their applicants
1)What are some of the items you can include on your resume to make it stand out among a good number of other candidates that might be competing for the same job? How might you make your resume better, stronger, or different?
2) Increasingly, prospective employers are using social media to discover more about their applicants. It is important that all of your social media sites project an appropriate and positive image. This, of course, includes a LinkedIn Profile that highlights your job skills, experience, etc. but it may also apply to other social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter. There are numerous instances where applicants have been eliminated because of something that has been found on one of their social media sites.
